וכנש דוד ית כל רבני ישראל רבני שבטיא ורבני פלוגותא די משמשין ית מלכא ורבני אלפין ורבני מאותא ורבני כל קנינא וגיתא די למלכא ולבנוהי עם רבניא וגבריא ולכל גברא בירושלם:
byrwshlm gbra wlkl wgbrya rbnya em wlbnwhy lmlka dy wgytha qnyna kl wrbny mawtha wrbny alpyn wrbny mlka yth mshmshyn dy plwgwtha wrbny shbTya rbny yshral rbny kl yth dwd wknsh
David assembled all the princes of Israel, the princes of the tribes, the captains of the companies who served the king by division, the captains of thousands, the captains of hundreds, and the rulers over all the substance and possessions of the king and of his sons, with the officers and the mighty men, even all the mighty men of valor, to Jerusalem.

וקם דוד מלכא על רגלוי ואמר קבילו מני אחי ועמי אחי כל בית ישראל ועמי גיוריא די בקרויהון אנא הוה עם לבבי למבני בית משרי לארון קימא דיי ולכבש כרסי יקרא דיי ואתקנית למבני:
lmbny wathqnyth dyy yqra krsy wlkbsh dyy qyma larwn mshry byth lmbny lbby em hwh ana bqrwyhwn dy gywrya wemy yshral byth kl akhy wemy akhy mny qbylw wamr rglwy el mlka dwd wqm
Then David the king stood up on his feet and said, “Hear me, my brothers and my people! As for me, it was in my heart to build a house of rest for the ark of Yahweh’s covenant, and for the footstool of our God; and I had prepared for the building.

ומימרא דיי אמר לי לא תבנה בית מקדשא לשמי ארום גבר עבד קרביא את ואדמין שדיתא:
shdytha wadmyn ath qrbya ebd gbr arwm lshmy mqdsha byth thbnh la ly amr dyy wmymra
But God said to me, ‘You shall not build a house for my name, because you are a man of war and have shed blood.’

ואתרעי יי אלהא דישראל בי מכל בית אבא למהוי מלכא על ישראל לעלם ארום בשבט יהודה אתרעי לנגודא ובבית יהודה ביתיה דאבא ובבני אבא בי אתרעי למהוי מלכא על ישראל:
yshral el mlka lmhwy athrey by aba wbbny daba bythyh yhwdh wbbyth lngwda athrey yhwdh bshbT arwm lelm yshral el mlka lmhwy aba byth mkl by dyshral alha yy wathrey
However Yahweh, the God of Israel, chose me out of all the house of my father to be king over Israel forever. For he has chosen Judah to be prince; and in the house of Judah, the house of my father; and among the sons of my father he took pleasure in me to make me king over all Israel.

ומן כלהון בני ארום בנין סגיעין יהב לי יי ואתרעי בשלמה ברי למתב על כורסי מלכותא דיי לאתמנאה על ישראל:
yshral el lathmnah dyy mlkwtha kwrsy el lmthb bry bshlmh wathrey yy ly yhb sgyeyn bnyn arwm bny klhwn wmn
Of all my sons (for Yahweh has given me many sons), he has chosen Solomon my son to sit on the throne of Yahweh’s kingdom over Israel.

ואמר לי שלמה ברך הוא יבני בית מקדשי ודרתי מטול דאתרעיתי ביה למרחם יתיה למהוי קדמי חביב הי כברא ואנא אהוי ליה הי כאבא:
kaba hy lyh ahwy wana kbra hy khbyb qdmy lmhwy ythyh lmrkhm byh dathreythy mTwl wdrthy mqdshy byth ybny hwa brk shlmh ly wamr
He said to me, ‘Solomon, your son, shall build my house and my courts; for I have chosen him to be my son, and I will be his father.

ואתקן ית מלכותיה עד לעלם אין יתקף למעבד פקודי ודיני הי כיומא הדין:
hdyn kywma hy wdyny pqwdy lmebd ythqp ayn lelm ed mlkwthyh yth wathqn
I will establish his kingdom forever if he continues to do my commandments and my ordinances, as it is today.’

וכדון קדם כל ישראל קהלא דיי וקדם מימרא דיי נטרו ותבעו כל פקודיא דיי אלהכון מן בגלל דתרתון ית ארעא טבתא ותחסנון לבניכון מן בתריכון עד עלמא:
elma ed bthrykwn mn lbnykwn wthkhsnwn Tbtha area yth dthrthwn bgll mn alhkwn dyy pqwdya kl wthbew nTrw dyy mymra wqdm dyy qhla yshral kl qdm wkdwn
Now therefore, in the sight of all Israel, Yahweh’s assembly, and in the audience of our God, observe and seek out all the commandments of Yahweh your God, that you may possess this good land, and leave it for an inheritance to your children after you forever.

ואנת שלמה ברי דע ית אלהא דאבוך ופלח קדמוי בלב שלים ובנפשא רעיתא ארום כלהון יצריא דלבא תבע יי וכלהון הרהורי מחשבתא מבין אין תתבעניה ישתכח לך בעדן דתתבע דחלתיה ותתבעניה ואין תשבקניה ירחקנך לעלמא:
lelma yrkhqnk thshbqnyh wayn wththbenyh dkhlthyh dththbe bedn lk yshthkkh ththbenyh ayn mbyn mkhshbtha hrhwry wklhwn yy thbe dlba ytsrya klhwn arwm reytha wbnpsha shlym blb qdmwy wplkh dabwk alha yth de bry shlmh wanth
You, Solomon my son, know the God of your father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind; for Yahweh searches all hearts, and understands all the imaginations of the thoughts. If you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will cast you off forever.

חמי כדין ארום מימרא דיי אתרעי בך למבני ביתא למקדשא אתוקף ועבד:
webd athwqp lmqdsha bytha lmbny bk athrey dyy mymra arwm kdyn khmy
Take heed now, for Yahweh has chosen you to build a house for the sanctuary. Be strong, and do it.”

ומסר דוד לשלמה בריה ית צורת אולמא וית בתוהי וקורטורוהי ומסקונוהי וקטונוהי גואין ובית כפורי:
kpwry wbyth gwayn wqTwnwhy wmsqwnwhy wqwrTwrwhy bthwhy wyth awlma tswrth yth bryh lshlmh dwd wmsr
Then David gave to Solomon his son the plans for the porch of the temple, for its houses, for its treasuries, for its upper rooms, for its inner rooms, for the place of the mercy seat;

וצורת כל די הוה צריך ברוח נבואה דעמיה לדרת בית מקדשא דיי ולכלהון לשכתא חזור חזור לתסברי בית מקדשא דיי ולתסברי קודשיא:
qwdshya wlthsbry dyy mqdsha byth lthsbry khzwr khzwr lshktha wlklhwn dyy mqdsha byth ldrth demyh nbwah brwkh tsryk hwh dy kl wtswrth
and the plans of all that he had by the Spirit, for the courts of Yahweh’s house, for all the surrounding rooms, for the treasuries of God’s house, and for the treasuries of the dedicated things;

ולפלגות כהניא וליואי ולכל עבידת פולחנא לבית מקדשא דיי ולכל מאני עבידת בית מקדשא דיי:
dyy mqdsha byth ebydth many wlkl dyy mqdsha lbyth pwlkhna ebydth wlkl wlyway khnya wlplgwth
also for the divisions of the priests and the Levites, for all the work of the service of Yahweh’s house, and for all the vessels of service in Yahweh’s house—

לדהבא במתקלא לדהבא ולכל מאני פולחנא ופולחנא לכל מאני דכספא במתקלא לכל מאני פולחנא ופולחנא:
wpwlkhna pwlkhna many lkl bmthqla dkspa many lkl wpwlkhna pwlkhna many wlkl ldhba bmthqla ldhba
of gold by weight for the gold for all vessels of every kind of service, for all the vessels of silver by weight, for all vessels of every kind of service;

ומתקלא למנורת דהבא ובוציניהון דהבא במתקלא מנרתא ומנרתא ובוצינהא ולמנורת כספא במתקלא למנרתא ובוצינהא הי כעבידת מנרתא ומנרתא:
wmnrtha mnrtha kebydth hy wbwtsynha lmnrtha bmthqla kspa wlmnwrth wbwtsynha wmnrtha mnrtha bmthqla dhba wbwtsynyhwn dhba lmnwrth wmthqla
by weight also for the lamp stands of gold, and for its lamps, of gold, by weight for every lamp stand and for its lamps; and for the lamp stands of silver, by weight for every lamp stand and for its lamps, according to the use of every lamp stand;

וית דהבא מתקל לפתוריא דסדוריא לפתורא ופתורא וכספא לפתוריא דכספא:
dkspa lpthwrya wkspa wpthwra lpthwra dsdwrya lpthwrya mthql dhba wyth
and the gold by weight for the tables of show bread, for every table; and silver for the tables of silver;

ומשליתא ומזרקיא וקסותא דדהב דכי ולכפורי דהבא במתקלא לכפורא וכפורא ולכפורי כספא במתקלא לכפורא וכפורא:
wkpwra lkpwra bmthqla kspa wlkpwry wkpwra lkpwra bmthqla dhba wlkpwry dky ddhb wqswtha wmzrqya wmshlytha
and the forks, the basins, and the cups, of pure gold; and for the golden bowls by weight for every bowl; and for the silver bowls by weight for every bowl;

ולמדבח קטרת בוסמיא דדהבא סנינא במתקלא ולצורת רתיכא הי כצורת כפורתא דתמן צורת כרובין דדהב דפרשין גדפיהון ומטלן על ארון קימא דיי:
dyy qyma arwn el wmTln gdpyhwn dprshyn ddhb krwbyn tswrth dthmn kpwrtha ktswrth hy rthyka wltswrth bmthqla snyna ddhba bwsmya qTrth wlmdbkh
and for the altar of incense, refined gold by weight; and gold for the plans for the chariot, and the cherubim that spread out and cover the ark of Yahweh’s covenant.

כולא בכתבא מידא דיי הוה עלי לאסתכלא בכל עבידת צורתא:
tswrtha ebydth bkl lasthkla ely hwh dyy myda bkthba kwla
“All this”, David said, “I have been made to understand in writing from Yahweh’s hand, even all the works of this pattern.”

ואמר דוד לשלמה בריה תקף ועלם ועביד לא תדחל ולא תתבר ארום מימרא דיי אלהי בסעדך לא ישבקנך ולא ירחקנך עד זמן למשלם כל עבידת פולחן בית מקדשא דיי:
dyy mqdsha byth pwlkhn ebydth kl lmshlm zmn ed yrkhqnk wla yshbqnk la bsedk alhy dyy mymra arwm ththbr wla thdkhl la webyd welm thqp bryh lshlmh dwd wamr
David said to Solomon his son, “Be strong and courageous, and do it. Don’t be afraid, nor be dismayed, for Yahweh God, even my God, is with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you, until all the work for the service of Yahweh’s house is finished.

והא פלוגת כהניא וליואי לכל פולחן בית מקדשא דיי ועמך בכל עבידתא לכל דאתרעי בחכמתא לכל פולחנא ורברביא וכל עמא בסעדך לכלהון עסקך:
esqk lklhwn bsedk ema wkl wrbrbya pwlkhna lkl bkhkmtha dathrey lkl ebydtha bkl wemk dyy mqdsha byth pwlkhn lkl wlyway khnya plwgth wha
Behold, there are the divisions of the priests and the Levites for all the service of God’s house. Every willing man who has skill for any kind of service shall be with you in all kinds of work. Also the captains and all the people will be entirely at your command.”
